The first edition of HAVE A GO is an introduction and insight into the process of making Fromage Blanc and Persian style feta. 

We visited Little Yarra Dairy - a small biodynamic dairy farm in the Yarra Valley - to get an understanding of the differences in milk. 

Page by page you will get an understanding of the changes that occur during the cheese making process. The change in textures and colour.
